Professional civil engineer and Certified Flood Management with 18+ years of experience in designing and studying pipelines, channels, pump stations, irrigation and drainage networks, wastewater reuse, hydraulics, and hydrology modeling. Extensive experience in various international projects in size and scope.

Project Engineering, Project Management, and risk management. Proven experience collaborating with senior management and leading cross-functional teams. Extensive work experience with Civil 3D, HEC- RAS, HEC-HMS, Arc GIS, HydroCAD, PondPack, ArcHydro.

  • Over 18 Years of Civil Expertise: Performed a hydrology and hydraulics study for more than 100 projects in size and scope including stormwater control facilities and drainage systems design (detention/retention facilities, swales, culverts, low water crossings design etc.)

  • Over 10 years’ experience in solar and wind projects.

  • Over 7 years’ experience in project management: prepare proposals and cost estimates, monitor and control project schedules and budgets, coordinated with clients and contractors etc.

  • Over 5 years’ experience in team management: mentor junior staff engineers, review design plans and engineering documents.

  • Experience with introductory computer programing in Python.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills, excellent creative problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and within cross-functional project teams; ability to multi-tasks, work under pressure and meet deadlines
